pink stringy stuff in urine

hi..sometimes i get this pink stringy looking stuff in my urine. it ususally only happens when i am at the gym and i go to the bathroom. i'm really confused and dont know what it is. could it be that my body is ovulating..i dont know. please help!

It is good you mentioned that you are going to gym, this is a very useful fact.
The pink stuff you noticed is your urine is actually some light colored blood and the condition of having blood present in urine is called hematuria. Since you have it when going to gym I believe this could be a so called “joggers hematuria”.
The blood in urine is present in runners as a result of repeated jarring of the bladder during jogging or long-distance running.
Do you do some exercises at the gym that are similar to running? If so, this could be the cause, as also my friend used to have the blood occurring occasionally when she was working out at the gym.
By the way, how often does this happen?
Maybe you should have the appt with your GP and do some tests, just to know the right reason why the blood is present in your urine.
