pinkish discharge after period

Hi.

I just finished my period. It lasted seven days which is about right for me. For the past 2 days since it ended sometimes when I go to the bathroom there is some pink discharge when I wipe. Also for the past month or so when my breast is squeezed a clear sometimes white liquid comes out. Is something wrong?
