pinkish milky dicharge stomach feels funny but no real cramp

im about 2 weeks pregnant not cramping really stomach feels really funny had a few mild backaches today nothing that would alarm me ( i hope ) but i started having a pinkish milky discharge a lttle bit ago should i be alarmed and call the dr. or just see what happens i really need help please

Hi! You are probably stressing about the miscarriage but considering that you are experiencing a pinkish milky discharge, it is probably nothing to worry about. Miscarriages usually come with heavy bright red bleeding, painful cramping and low back pain. It is usually accompanied with blood clots, which are parts of the lining of the uterus and the fetus.

The thing is that you may be shedding some old blood as your insides are slowly stretching or you have irritated your cervix in some way. Cervix is very sensitive and soft during pregnancy and yet filled with blood, so either sex or a pelvic exam could cause bleeding or a discharge.

If you continue to bleed or you start having cramps and backaches, or if you have a history of miscarriages, make sure you see your doctor.
