Hi,

I suffer from frequent urination and during intercourse I have delayed ejaculation. Could this be a growth or abnormality of the pituitary gland

I would first suspect your prostate gland as those are two symptons commonly associated with enlarged prostate.

The pituitary has nothing to do with urination frequency.
