ok i had sex 3 weeks after and abortion and the condom popped the nex moernig i took plan b ....can i still b pregnat or cud plan b prevented

You took plan B after a condom broke, you also took it the next morning, so it would be very effective!

NOW, if you had unprotected sex any time BEFORE that, then you could be at risk for pregnancy.

For THAT ONE sex act though, you were protected.
