please advice pregnant and on perscription pain pills

ive been on pain killers for four yrs and now preg. and still taking them whats gonna happen to my baby if i cant come off them .i only take them as perscribed

Which pain killers are you taking? What are you taking them for? (Sorry if prying too much) Depending on what you are taking and how far a long you are depends on their safety.
