hi iam aged 25 years married . one year back leadina a happy married life,a few months back started putting on weight very fast,i have become very obese.when i went to the Dr i was asked to go for pelvic scanning and told iam having polyovarian cysts in the ovaries ,I WAS GIVEN GLUCOPHAGE for the treatment of polyovarian cysts,my perioda r regular,Dr told me to reduce my weight so that cysts will disappear,as iam getting periods regularly there wont be problem in conceiving.pl i would like to know ur opinion,pl suggest me how to reduce my weight also.
