my girlfriends period started on 6th of november and finished on 12th of november. we were like rubbing our genitals between the night of 16 and 17 as it was 17th morning 1 am. there was no intercourse but we were just like messing arround and the tips of both our genitals were touching. i never ejaculated but just there was a light pre ejaculation. plz help us and tell me what are her chances of being pregnant. she got her last period on 28th sept it started and next were on 6th of november. rrest i have xplained already above that it finished on 12th and we had it on 17 morning 1 am the night between 16 and 17. please help

There is low risk, semen needs to be INSIDE OF HER VAGINA.

You should consider birth control =) NO PARENTAL CONSENT is needed, and Planned parenthood can get it for you for low cost and even free.
