The answer to your question would be yes but it must be massive mold exposure and is very rare and uncommon.

Molds can have many negative health effects. They produce irritants and allergens that often influence humans.

Whether the person will be affected by molds depends on the age, the amount of mold, the persons sensitivity, etc….Those who are sensitive may experience symptoms only by touching or inhaling molds. The symptoms may be runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, watery eyes, skin rash and itching. However, molds can trigger asthma as well.

People with weakened immune system are at more danger than healthy people are. Mold can cause skin, eyes, lungs or other organs’ infections.
