Hi there, I know something about this subject and because of that I believe I can help you a little. Nobody knows the exact cause for this disease. This is actually a group of diseases. In polyglandular autoimmune syndromes, multiple endocrine glands secrete too small or too big amount of hormones. Because of this disease, immune system attacks endocrine system by mistake.
