Ok I started to have morning sickness everyday. I keep getting lower back pains and having to pea like every 5 minutes. So i bought a home pregnancy test and it said positive. So i went to my doctors to get a blood test to make sure it was real. And the Blood test said negitive. So i was like i am not pregnant but i keep getting sick and my stomach is getting bigger and i have spotted black dots all over my face.

So am i pregnant or not?
