Hello! I have been prescribed lexapro because of my persistently low moodwhich started to interfere with my daily functioning. However, I don’t feel anything could help me because I just can’t see the light. Nothing makes sense, and nothing is interesting.I don’t think that a drug can help change the way I feel.

I know exactly what you mean when desribing this feeling. You are me three years ago. But, it is not just the medications, I am sure you will have talk sessions with your doctor just like I did. I was severe problem, even thought of suicide. After treatment with the doctor and a use of lexapro, which works by boosting levels of serotonin, one of the chief chemical messengers in the brain, my mood is changing and no suicidal thoughts are present. It wasn’t as easy as it may sound, but I do feel much better.
