possable pregnancy??

hi, im an 18(almost 19) year old female. iv been on the depo birthcontrol shot for almost a year now, but iv been on it previously before. iv been with my boyfriend for a little over 3 years, and are already talking about ingagement. we, being together for over three years, do have unpretected sex(both have been std tested). Lately i have bein haven an almost unbarable pain in my lower stomache around my overy/whtever else is down there area. the pain shoots down my right legat times, but not so much lately, and it helps for me to lay down and keeps my knees close(kinda in a ball) i have also heard that you can fake yourself out to be pregnant..but it REALLY hasnt been on my mind AT ALL...i do go pee alot, and i have these lower pains...and a terrible headache goin on to a week now, but a negative preg test about 2 months ago, and one just yesterday... and i dont have a period at all, due to the shot...what could this be?

I have had the same type of pain where my left ovary is, and it was due to a cyst, I would suggest going to see your obgyn and have her check to see if any are present....It wouldnt hurt to let them know whats going on....
