possible kidney stone vs. hydronephrosis?

Hello, I am having problems with urinating for last three months. I have been to several examinations and I wait for some final results, I am worried for my health. Doctor told me the preliminary results, he mentioned kidney stones and hydronephrosis. What is the true diagnose? I would just like to know what is going on.

I guess you will have to wait for the final results. As for these two conditions, hydronephrosis is widening of kidney and urinating channels, and the causes are numerous (even kidney stones). This condition is very severe and as dangerous as kidney stones. But, I know that your doctor will keep everything under control.
