started bout month ago,fell asleep on settee with after washing hair,woke up with painful neck.pain still there,now feel as th ear is bocked and getting headaches,seen a dr who says sounds muscular,getting dizziness and feel off balance,said my ears are clear,but still feeling the pressure.made another appointment for a couple of days,
