post abdominal plasty something is very wrong

ok this one will take some research... 2000 I had an abdominalplasty 2003 I had a foreceful hyperexrtension felt pull and pressure on internal stitches felt like a charley horse. I believe it pulled the figure 8 style running stich out. I had swelling post and a sudden lax of abdomen. I had a repeat surg 2004 to tighten with an absolute disasterous result to follow. I have total pain now frequent swelling on actvilty I feel like I have airbubbles in around umbilicus, areas of terrible sensitivity and other areas of no feeling at all. I am now unable to hold my urine and have no ability to reach an orgasm since the surgery. I have a deviation of the two rectus abdomis muscles off to one side with a bulge. HELP! what the heck could be wrong . When I have a full stomach the pain is worse.a recent ct of abdomen shows an area of right mid area defect ???? the dr who did the surgery said nothing was qwrong but it feel so very wrong I cant even stand long befroie I get so tired and my oblique muscles start to pul lon the affected side with pain.

Hi, I just read your post and I have to say that I am sorry you have to go through all of this. I think that a surgeon who performed your surgery should take more interest into your problem and put some effort to finding a cause of your troubles.
I can’t say what is wrong with you, I just read your post and I even think you should have a second opinion and see if something could be fixed.

You may be experiencing additional problems with your pelvic muscles considering you can’t hold your urine and can’t reach an orgasm and these muscles are in charge in both of these functions.

Anyway, I hope you will find a solution to your problem real soon
