post abortion problems?

On 3/3/07 I had an abortion. I bleed for 3 weeks. Also, had sex within the first 2 weeks (no protection was used bc I thought my body thougt it was still pregnant..if that makes sense). But I did start a bc pill 2.5 weeks after the abortion. I have been taking preg test, all were positive until last week or so, when I got both pos and neg results also had low abdomen pain and my stomach looks pregnant. I went to dr and had pelvic exam and blood preg test. I am scared bc the dr said he possibly felt some swelling and would do an ultrasound but still has not done an ultrasound and keeps ordering more blood preg test (which was 14 hcg??)Meanwhile, I found out that I had a std (trichmonas) and wonder if that is the type of infection that can cause abortion problems? Could I be pregnant again? Or could there be a problem with my insides since I had abortion and std infection?? Could you please help find out what is wrong?
