post c-section, left abdominal pain

10-months after my first c-section, I have started getting left abdominal pain that spreads to the pelvic region and the left leg as well. The frequency of the pain has increased over the past 4 weeks. Any input as why this is so ?

hey .... i had a myomectomy which is like a c section. i had tumors removed from my uterous... i had the same pain you do and had an incisional hernia. you should see if you can feel a lump where it hurts when you cough.... thats how to tell if you have one.
