post hysterectomy and knee swelling

After hysterectomy surgery I started having pain and knee swelling. Could this be connected to the surgery?

Well, I have never heard of such hysterectomy post op problem. The most known complications are post op fever and infection, then formation of a blood clot in the lungs, and other damage to surrounding organs as well as urinary problems. There is also possibility of a vaginal vault prolaps. Most of the complications depend on the health of the each patient. I think you should visit a specialist!!!
