post surgery problems for Prostate

Even after 5 weeks of prostate surgery, leakage takes while coughing. Is it normal? some times it leaks while walking. How much time it will take to become normal.

I'm afraid I'm a little out of my league on this one.
If you've not gone back to the doctor for a follow up by this time, you're overdue.
I'd be interested in knowing what you learned.

My concern is that you may never "take to become normal" after such radical surgery, but I wouldn't second guess your doc. it's his call.

Hi there, I agree with Kirk C. You should not still be leaking while you cough, so you should see a doctor. It looks like you posted this thread awhile ago... How are you doing now?
