pre menstration cramping

Hello! I am 22 years old female, and while many women have problems with menstrual cramping, I have problems with pre menstrual cramping. What should I do?

I read somewhere that there are some risk factors for cramps. They are use of tampons, use of IUD, bladder infections, yeast infections, multiple pregnancies ( not your case I presume ), lack of exercise, poor posture and emotional stress. I usually don’t look at those and just take ibuprofen to ease my agony. But if it troubles you so much, you should visit a gyno and see if there is some hidden condition behind your cramping.
