pre menstrual stress

Two weeks before my period I suffer extreme stomach bloatness and very sore and tender breasts and nipples. This usually starts up again one week after my period has finished. Doctors have said its hormnones and I can't do anything about it. Is there someway I can relieve these symptons?

I had a similar problem and was told to get more calcium in my diet. While I still have the symptoms, they are not as bad as before. So you might want to try that.
