EVERY WOMAN IS DIFFERENT, AND every woman changes each month.
The BEST way to tell, without guessing, is to get special testing kits to check and see when you ovulate =)
BUT overall of you are trying TO AVOID Pregnancy, this METHOD IS NOT AS effective as you probably would like for it to be. |

| i've read a woman ovulates, on average b/c of course all women are different, but 12-14 days after the FIRST day of your last period. oh and don't forget that sperm can live inside the vagina for up to a week or so! so be sure to take that into consideration. i also know your temperature is supposed to be higher on the days you are ovulating so you can chart you daily temperatures if you want to go that far. |
