preg maybe? can methadone weaken the iud?

I have had my iud for 4 yrs. It comes out next yr. I have to take Methadone each day also. I never ever feel like I may be pregnant, until now. I feel sick to my stomach every day for the last 4 days off and on and im crampy and my left breast is sore.. I never get periods cuz of my iud.. think there is a chance I could be pregnant?
