I am 36 yrs. old i just recently had a partial hysterectomy done alil over a year. Everytrhing was removed except my uterus. My question is can I still get pregnant without having the fertility procedure. And is it possible to have miss periods... Please someone need your advice...

If your ovaries were taken out, then no, you can't get pregnant on your own.

Your cycles will be affected since ovaries are key to hormone information exchange within the body.
Are you on hormone replacement therapy?

If not, at a minimum, ask to have progesterone pills for 10 days to bring on a period. Do this every 60 days. This way your uterus will stay healthy.
