pregnacy and vaginal swelling is there a connection?

Hi. I am 24 weeks pregant and i noticed a pimple like bump on my inner libia. it hurts when in clean or touch it with a cloth. my private areas are swolllen. Is this because of my pregnancy and the pressure the baby is putting on the pelvic bone? And the pimple is it an STD or just an ingrown hair or part of pregnancy? Thanks
