pregnancy after a tubal ligation

hi i am a 25 yr old mom of of 3. my youngest is 2 now and i had a tubal ligation after she was born. well lately i have been having irregular periods. last month though i noticed something different. i was 2 weeks late and my breasts were sore, i was frequently urinating, and eating nonstop. i was also havin cravings for peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. so i took 2 hpts both negative. so the speculations of pregnancy i pushed out of my mind. when i finally got my cycle it was painful and dk. brown the entire time of my period. i only go for 5 days. then a week after my period i had noticed i had stitching coming through where i had my c-section. i felt is was not normal. now i am not due for a period yet. but i am having extremely sore breasts, frequent urination, and constipation. my period is not due til april 12 of next month. does anyone have a idea on what is happening to me. i can't afford health care and i have no insurance on me. any suggests / ideas i would greatly appreciate.
