I was wondering how long physically should i wait before i can fall pregnant again.

You can get pregnant IMMEDIATELY.

BUT..You should wait 2-3 months to try and become pregnant, this makes for a healthier pregnancy with fewer complications.

Remember, women having d&c for a miscarriage are told to wait 2-3 cycles for the best outcome.
