pregnancy after termination

i had a termination 3 and a half weeks ago, i bled for 4 days.. all my pregnany symproms went about a week after my termination..
took a few first response tests to see if they hcg had gone down yet and i got a few feint positives and then total negatives..
i found an old tesco test this morning and did that 1 and that is positive, came up straight away..
we had sex 10/11 days ago.. could i have gotten pregnant straight away and is it likely im pregnant again coz this test is positive after a few negatives?
im soo confused

YES, it is highly possible you are pregnant again, since you did have some negatives.

You CAN become pregnant within 2 weeks after an abortion, because your fertility returns VERY VERY quickly.
