helo my wife is seven month pregnant and her blood pressure seems to me low which is 90/50 is that risky? what you advice me. unfortunately she is living in africa where she can't get a better treatment.
it's not known to be risky for a pregnancy. the only thing a pregnant women needs to worry about is getting dizzy and fainting, as the falling can be harmful. so she should sit as much as possible.
there are other things she can do to maybe keep it normal
drink plenty of fluids
do some low impact exercises
sleeping on her side instead of her back
and when she's sitting, she should get up a little slower so that she doesn't get dizzy.
