i am 43 yrs old and need to know if i can or am experiencing pre menapause
i missed a period in july had a spot for august and dont no if possible

What you need to do is take a home pregnancy test. If it shows negative, then you are being premenopausal or are just having a weird period. It can happen without any apparent reasons.
