i have just missed my first period in 21 years im just 52 iv had no signs of anything and my period in jan 08 was quiet normal yesterday i felt sick and had a headache but nothing more could i be pregnant or menapausal

You're at the age where menopause could begin. Take a pregnancy test. If it comes out positive, you could be pregnant or menopausal. See a doctor if that occurs. If it's negative, wait another month. If it doesn't come again, see a doctor.
