YES you can get pregnant if he came inside of you...i just had an abortion too and did the same thing but i got the morning after pill and finally got my period....get the morning after pill if its been 3 days or less and take a pregnanacy test in like 2 weeks...it would be accurate GOOD LUCK

It is not that likely that you would get pregnant on the last day of your period. However, you might want to consider some form of birth control to prevent future pregnancies
