pregnancy or menopause or ?

I am 47yrs old married for over 22 years. My period has always been on time. For the las two years it has come up to 6 days late but, mostly on time. It is now 3 wks late. I have sensation in breast sometimes. I also urinate often and move my bowels more. These symptoms occur while waiting for period. Is this a meopause condtion? Could I be pregnant?
