When I was pregnant, I also had the iron deficiency in my blood but this is completely normal. I was taking these tablets with iron which you put in the water, also I was taking some oral tablets with lots of vitamins and minerals, you can always ask a pharmacist which ones are the best. There are also some ampules called Tot Hema which are on iron basis, I was giving these to my baby when she had the low levelof iron and it showed up to be of a great help. You just consult your doctor if you could drink them as you are pregnant.
What you should do is eating a lot of green vegetables, for instance green bean, lettuce, cabbage, spinach etc, these are full of iron. Also you could drink a nettle tea, this one is great!
You just need to take enough iron into your organism and you won’t have problems. You know all the iron supplies now go to your baby, also it would be the case when it gets born, while breastfeeding her. You just need to take good care of the level of iron in your blood and everything will be okay, it can’t affect your pregnancy! |

| when i was pregnant i was enemic(not enough iron) so i took iron pills because i kept on fainting. all you need is iron pills. |

| Hi. Low iron levels can impact on the developing baby's brain. Eat lots of red meats and leafy green vegetables. Otherwise, go to a doctor and get a script for iron pills, they will be able to tell you how many you need to be taking |

| Iron pills work from your doctor the best... but remember if your taking iron alot of women get constipated be sure to pick up a bottel of colaice with your iron... jus alittle tip to make you feel better.... |
