How would a person know whether or not they are pregnant while taking birth control?

They would not have a withdrawal bleed, as the hormones in pregnancy would override the drop in hormones that induces a withdrawal bleed.

If you feel you may have conceived, you can take a home pregnancy test from as soon as 15 days after having unprotected sex.
