im 11weeks pregnant and im spotting and cramping,what should i do. Crying or Very sad

Spotting (especially if it is red not brown) and cramping are warning signs of possible miscarriage. Goto your local ER as soon as you are able, or see your doctor ASAP and have them check on the baby and what is causing this.
