pregnant after medical abortion

I have just had a positive pregnancy test since my abortion on the 25th April. I attended my follow up appointment and had a scan where it showed that the medical proceedure worked. ( i was expecting twins)However there were a few blood clotts left and i was told these should come away with my next cycle. I have not had a period since my termination and four positive pregnancy tests later feel worried!!!!!! Does this mean im pregnant. I did have unprotected sex on some Confused occasions.....
