pregnant after a cyst ruptured?

Hey I had some blood work done around Feb 26 for abdominal pain and i was not pregnant. my last period was Feb. 11. I went to my ob to get an ultrasound to check my ovaries and my uterous and he said that i had a cyst that ruptured because of loose blood floating around my uterous. Anyways I am late so i took a pregnancy test and it was postive and i took another one a day later still positive. Should i assume i'm pregnant or is it the cyst that isnt there anymore? This would be my second pregnancy and i do feel more tired but i am not sure? What do you think?
