If you get pregnant right after you have a medical abortion, will the baby be harmed by the chemicals used to perform the abortion??

if you become preganat again in the same month of having a medical abortion, will the baby be harmed? Please somebody answer. HAs anyone ever gone through that? when were you able to find out if you were pregnant? Also has anyone gotten an infection after having a medical abortion? what were your symptoms?
