Pregnant 2 and a half months with abdominal pain and brown spotting wondering if theres something to do to alieve pain

Go to the emergency room!

Any spotting, intense pain, or just when something feels 'wrong' can be serious, even life-threatening for you or your baby. Sometimes ((please don't frak out)) things like this can be signs of a miscarraige. They'll do an ultra-sound, if they don't find the heartbeat, go to another doctor and try again- sometimes they make mistakes.
