Hi, I figured out that I am pregnant and now I am feeling depressed. I had so many plans for this year and I am 26, I didn’t plan to get pregnant now. But, I am religious and don’t ant an abortion.
Hi, some women experience depression when they find out they are pregnant. It is normal to experience highs and lows throughout the pregnancy. If you realize you are in depression and don’t consider it to be part of pregnancy, it means you are aware what’s happening to you. My sister was in depression during her second pregnancy, because she gave birth 4 months before that pregnancy and didn’t plan it. But, when she got baby everything was fine. According to some studies the mood during pregnancy may affect the unborn child, so try to be positive.
