i was wondering if you could be pregnant and still get your period, or something close to that im really confused people keep telling me that there is somthing cald a fake period and im not sure what that is i need help

Yes you can be pregnant and still have your "period" it is not very common but there are some women it happens to.

Also the "fake period" is usually "implantation bleeding" which is when you conceive and the embryo connects and starts growing in the uterus.
