me and my girlfriend had sex about 3 weeks ago and she is already complaining about stomach cramps, she says she is throwing up in the mornings, and her boobs are tender. should she have all these symptoms of pregnacy already even though its only been 3weeks or is she just making all this up?

no its perfectly possible to have symptoms this early. she should take a test.
