me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex but i'm on the pill i don't always take it on time and now my breast have been very tender and sore and my nipples stay hard and they are sore also could that mean i'm pregnat? is sore breast a symptom?

Breast tenderness is a symptom, yes. but it can also be caused by the pill, I would wait to see what your withdrawal bleed is like.
