pregnant or sick?

I am taking a generic form of seasonell birth control and i am into the beginning of my second month. the problem is that i think that i may be pregnant. about 4 days ago i started having all of the symptoms, the nausia (but not throwing up) that is comming and going all day and night, headaches, fatigue, and extreme beast tenderness. my pill cycle is not over untill the third week in december and i would like to know if i should mybe stop my pills early and see if i may have my preiod? i have also had a slight raise in body temperature but it is staying between 99-99.5*f. is a raise in temperature typical durring pregnancy? i have not taken a test because i thought that maybe i just have a cold but the nausia is consistant and dosn't seem to be letting up. thank you for your input.

take a test. take two even to make sure. a slight elevation in temp. is a sign of pregnancy in some women. if the tests come back positive.. see a dr. right away. they will take you off the pill. good luck!
