I recently stopped taking birth control pills in the month of january. I completed the whole packet and discontinued to restart the cycle in february I had unprotected sex a couple of times. Now my period is about 2-3 days late. I have heard that after you take the pill and then stop, it's hard to get pregnant. I'm wondering if my late period can be a result of my recently stopping the pill and if so is it likely that I can get pregnant after having unprotected sex so soon after stopping the pill?
