Hello, I was supposed to have my periods on 22nd sept, but never came, before that like 20th, i had sex with my husband..now am pregnant, i cant believe it because according to my pc calculations it shows that am already 5 weeks pregnant..how can this be and we had sex on 20th sept? am confused.

Pregnancy is caculated from your LMP so technically the night you have the sex that gets you pregnant you are actually already at least 2 weeks pregnant-tests don't show positive until at least 9 days after conception and everyones cycle is a little different- you might of just ovulated a little later- your first ultrasound will be a better indicator of your exact time of conception until then there really is no way to know for sure why your dates are a little weird.
