As long as you don't ejaculate, the chances are VERY SMALL. Even if you did, or were to ejaculate in your boxers the chances again are slim. I would suggest wearing a condom even during dry sex if that reassures you. And if you are going to have sex make sure you use a condom! (Or other form of birth control)
