Hello. I am panicking these days, just like my sister. She is pregnant, first child, but, accidentally, she took a pill of colchicines. I do not know what to do, we are very frightened and her next visit to a doctor will be in two weeks. May a pregnant woman take tablet of a colchicine 500mcg? Is that dangerous?

Important thing you forgot to say is what month of pregnancy we are talking about. Generally, colchicine should not be taken during pregnancy. This is more emphasized for the first three months.
